SAP Business One

SAP Business One is a ERP software introduced by SAP in 2002. It is a low-cost ERP solution for small and medium size business, supports in 26 languages and have around 41 country specific functions. SAP B1 built on and runs on SQL server database and run on SAP HANA database. It can be deployed on premises as well as in cloud.

It has 15 functional modules for a business. Most widely used modules are Financial, Sales - A/R, Purchasing - A/P, Business partner, Inventory.

SAP B1 has Analytics to analyze real time reporting powered by SAP HANA. It is integrated with Crystal report so that reports can create and modify easily. User Defined Forms, Reports and Queries can create very easily in SAP B1. SAP B1 can integrate with third party applications as well.

SAP B1 has alerts and approvals authorization functionality to eliminate errors and increase accuracy. System defined, or user defined alerts helps to take a quick and right decision.

SAP B1 can Integrate with third party applications as well as main ERP system with the help of XML based integration framework. SAP also provide Business One Subsidiary Integration Solutions to integrate with SAP ECC
